1. Who we are

Mintly Labs operates a platform for pulling, collecting, buying, selling back, and redeeming physical trading cards with associated digital ownership records.

2. Information we collect

• Account identifiers such as email, wallet address, and authentication provider IDs.
• Wallet and transaction metadata needed to process pulls, purchases, buybacks, and vault records.
• Shipping information when you redeem a physical card.
• Device, IP, and usage signals used for security, analytics, anti-fraud controls, and support.
• Messages you send to Mintly support or business contacts.

3. How we use information

• To operate accounts, wallet flows, pulls, marketplace purchases, vaulting, buyback, and shipping.
• To protect the service from fraud, bots, abuse, and security threats.
• To provide support, product updates, and operational notices.
• To understand feature usage and improve the product.

4. Who we share it with

Mintly Labs shares information with service providers needed to run the product, such as authentication, embedded wallet infrastructure, payment partners, vaulting and shipping partners, analytics, anti-fraud vendors, and cloud hosting. We do not sell personal information.

5. Identity verification

Verification may be required by licensed partners for withdrawals or regulated payment flows. Mintly Labs receives status signals, not raw documents unless explicitly required.

6. Blockchain data is public

Wallet addresses and transaction history written to public chains are public and permanent. Mintly Labs does not publish your name or email on-chain.

7. Retention and security

Mintly Labs keeps personal information only as long as needed for product, security, legal, and accounting purposes. We use access controls, monitoring, and encryption where appropriate.

8. Your choices and rights

You can request access, deletion, correction, export, opt-outs, and account closure by contacting privacy@mintly.gg. On-chain records cannot be deleted by Mintly Labs.

9. Age requirement

Mintly Labs provides Mintly for adults 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors may be closed.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here or communicated in-app.
